I bought the Foreo toothbrush for 47.00 it stopped working after three weeks I was unable to return it because it came in a blister pack that had to be cut open which I did not keep. Not worth it

Just had to write something. I expected no answer when I asked about the ingredients in the cleanser they make but I was so pleasantly surprised to hear from them soon after. I decided to by the cleanser and am so happy with it. I feel good knowing there are still companies like this one that really care about their customers

Their site is very clear and easy on the eyes. I wish there were more tutorials on how to use the app and maybe troubleshoot situations as I think that is something lot of people need. I know my friend who introduced me to Foreo had some problems with the app and I had fewer problems but later solved it and my UFO is one angel for my skin. It is fast and effective.
Everytime, i have a questions, Valentina answered me always. And gives a lot of information and you will not hesistate to ask because she is friendly..

Super happy with the service provided by Iva! I really appreciated that one person handled my claim and I wasn’t juggled between several employees as well. Although she asked for a tracking number, I realized shortly after mailing my parcel it wasn’t included- and they still sent a replacement item before receiving the faulty device!
You guys have such wonderful customer service. Though I only wanted to have my mini luna 2 checked to make sure it is a real one but the answers were faster and more effective than I had thought.
